It is very important to focus on healthy diet and keep yourself well nourished.You can have soups, green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, pomegranates, nuts etc.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.By drinking 2-3 litres of water everyday will prevent you from skin irritations and dehydration.
Take stairs and do some house work activities like sweeping, mopping, washing etc. which helps you stay active while you keep your home looking good.
Check temperature before going out and dressed in layers. You can also buy new workout clothes feel good and to keep you motivated towards workout.
Find a partner, friend or a family member who can join with you for workout sessions.It makes the activity more enjoyable and you can share your goals and plans with the partner to keep you motivated and on track.
Set short term and long term workout goals and keep tracking the progress, you can also write your main goals and paste it on the wall or in front of you for regular progress.Your goals should be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant and Time-bound).
