5 GUILT-FREE DESSERTS TO CURB SUGAR CRAVINGS – NO SUGAR NEEDED !

When one tries to eat healthy, many complain about not being able to control sweet craving and often end up cheating on desserts. It is obvious desserts seem to be off-limits being on a diet, but what if you get to indulge in desserts and stay guilt-free as well?

Yoghurt with peanut butter 

Blend yoghurt with peanut butter and add some honey to it, if you wish. You may add bananas, some grated dark chocolate and walnuts on top of it to further enhance the taste.

Energy bites 

Blend shredded Coconut with nuts and bind it with finely chopped dates to give it texture and sweetness.

Ice-cream Candy

Yes, we all scream for ice-cream. Freeze some mango/ kiwi puree mixed along with coconut milk. Do not add sugar or alternatives.

Gur-til ladoos 

Prepare small bite-sized ladoos by binding til seeds with some jaggery and ghee.

Fruity yoghurt 

Mix raisins and dried fruits like figs, apricots in some yoghurt and freeze. Top it with dry fruits and relish the amazing yoghurt ice cream.

The above desserts are any day less calorie-rich compared to other Indian desserts and assortments. Although, this doesn’t mean that you can have it as much as you want, therefore, to be taken in moderation only.
