Nowadays, people are more mentally tired instead of physically because of their hectic and busy schedule. People generally skip their meal to complete deadlines and to achieve their targets which makes them compromise with their health. Brain is the organ which work 24X7 and 365 days without taking a break to keep your body going.

Keeping your brain healthy is important to keep your body healthy and fit. There is no magical food which can make your brain active but following are the few food options which can be included in diet to make your brain fit and healthy.
