HEALTH BENEFITS OF ASHWAGANDHA

Ashwagandha (Indian Ginseng) is one of the most important medicinal plants, also commonly known as “Indian Winter Cherry” or “Indian Ginseng”. It is a prominent herb in Indian Ayurveda and has become a popular supplement due to its health benefits. The plant is a small shrub with yellow flowers and is native to India and North Africa.

It is used for the treatment of many diseases and promotes a healthy life.  It may be classified as an adaptogen, which means it can help manage stress. It provides various benefits for your body and brain.

1) May reduce blood sugar levels

It reduces the blood sugar levels through its effects on the secretion and sensitivity of  insulin.
