Ingredients (1 Serving)
i. Lettuce leaves – 30 g (1–2 large leaves)
ii. Steamed sprouts – 30 g
iii. Grated carrot – 30 g
iv. Finely chopped capsicum – 25 g
v. Finely chopped cucumber – 20 g
vi. Finely chopped cabbage – 10 g
vi. Chopped onion – 40 g
vii. Chopped coriander leaves – 30 g
viii. White sesame seeds – 10 g
ix. Hung curd – 30 g
x. Salt – To taste
xi. Black pepper – To taste
xii. Chilli flakes – Optional
Step-by-Step Method
i. In a bowl, combine sprouts, carrot, capsicum, cucumber, cabbage, onion and coriander.
ii. Toss well along with curd in it.
iii. Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves.
iv. Spoon the filling into each lettuce leaf.
v. Fold and serve immediately as wraps or lettuce cups.
