Start meditating to help calm your brain and boost memory power. Meditation is known to improve short-term memory in people of all ages, as the grey matter tends to decrease with ageing. Practising mindfulness is one of the ways to keep yourself on track with staying in the present and being focused on your surroundings.

Playing games is not just a fun activity, but it also helps us indulge mentally in things that keep us going. Try to learn different things and upgrade your skill set by ditching your comfort zone.
