Nutrition Daily — Privacy Policy

Nutrition Daily ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Steadfast Limited, provides a mobile application connecting clients with nutrition coaching staff. This policy explains what information we collect through the app, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use the app:

Health & activity data	Daily check-ins (meals, water intake, exercise, sleep hours), body weight entries, and step count (read automatically from your device's built-in motion sensor, with your permission)
Photos	Meal photos you choose to upload for your nutritionist's review
Communications	Messages sent within the app's chat feature between you, your nutritionist, and staff
Subscription & account records	Subscription dates, renewal requests, and account-deletion requests you submit
Diet plans	Diet plan documents assigned to you by your nutritionist
Technical data	Basic device and crash diagnostic information (see Section 3)

2. How We Use This Information

• To provide the core coaching service: tracking your progress and letting your assigned nutritionist review it
• To let you communicate with your nutritionist and our staff through in-app chat
• To manage your subscription and respond to renewal or account-deletion requests
• To send you optional daily reminder notifications, scheduled locally on your own device
• To diagnose and fix technical problems in the app

We do not use your personal or health data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to any third party.

3. Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with the service providers listed below, which help us run the app, and only as needed to provide the service. Your assigned nutritionist and our authorised staff can also see your data inside the app, as described in Section 6. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Service	Purpose
Supabase	Hosts our database, authentication, and file storage. All personal and health data described above is stored here.
Sentry	Receives automated crash and error reports so we can fix bugs. Configured not to collect personally identifiable information, and does not track your activity.
Shopify	Product links in the app's Shop section open Shopify's own site in an in-app browser. Any purchase, payment, or account details you enter there are handled directly by Shopify, not by us.
YouTube	Testimonial video links open in the YouTube app or your device's browser, outside our app. We do not embed YouTube's tracking inside the app itself.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the Account tab in the app, or by emailing us at the address in Section 9. Deletion requests are reviewed and completed by our staff, and we aim to complete them within 14 days. When deletion is completed, your account and the personal and health data described in Section 1 are removed from our systems, except where we are required by law to keep certain records.

5. Permissions the App Requests

• Motion & fitness activity — to automatically count your daily steps
• Camera & photo library — to let you photograph or select meal photos to share with your nutritionist
• Notifications — to send you optional daily reminders

You can decline any of these permissions; declining only limits the related feature, and does not otherwise restrict use of the app.

6. Security

Access to your data is restricted by account role: you can see your own data, your assigned nutritionist can see the clients assigned to them, and administrative staff can see what is needed to operate the service. We use industry-standard access controls to enforce these boundaries, and data is encrypted in transit between the app and our servers using HTTPS/TLS.

7. Children's Privacy

Nutrition Daily is intended for adults seeking nutrition coaching and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
